5-6-08: Did some remodeling in the Poetry Room and added a music wing where you can hear music by The Malls.
5-2-08: The Binoculars Room is open. You can view select images with binoculars.
4-28-08: Newest Images has been updated. More updates are forthcoming in the new several weeks.
4-11-08: Guest Gallery 5 , Guest Gallery 6 and Guest Gallery 7 are back online. All of the guest galleries have been restored. I hope to add a new one this summer.
3-29-08: Guest Gallery 3 and Guest Gallery 4 are both back up.
3-26-08: I'm doing some backtracking to restore more rooms. FX Room 21 and FX Room 22 are back. I'm also starting to bring the guest galleries back online, starting with Guest Gallery 1 and Guest Gallery 2.
3-8-08: "Attic Room 14" is now open. A page of Blog Links has been added to the Links section.
2-8-08: Newest Images has been updated.
1-12-08: All of the Poem Rooms 1-9 are open again.
1-11-08: I have decided to make all galleries permanent. I have restored each of the Attic Rooms 1-13. Next, I plan to bring back the Poem Rooms that are still missing. Then, I will begin work to get the many FX Rooms back online.
1-4-08: Newest Images has been updated.
12-15-07: Added ten more Permanent Galleries: Galleries 1-9. This completes the restoration of the numerical galleries. The next project is to restore all of the Attic Rooms.
12-10-07: Added ten more Permanent Galleries: Galleries 10-19.
12-2-07: The Guestbook is now found off the Contact page. I was unhappy with the one provided by my web host and replaced it with a free one from Smart Guestbook. I hope to find a way to put old guestbook back online as an archive.
11-23-07: Gallery 89 opens. Prints Gallery 5 has been updated.
11-21-07: Added ten more Permanent Galleries: Galleries 20-29.
11-18-07: Newest Images has been updated.
10-21-07: The Poetry section opens a bit wider. The second room up is MP3s. These are live recordings of poems taped at readings.
10-20-07: The Poetry section begins to open. The first room up is Images. These are poems juxtaposed with original art.
10-18-07: Added five more Permanent Galleries: Galleries 30-34.
10-13-07: Added five more Permanent Galleries: Galleries 35-39. Had to replace the old guestbook with a new one. The Guestbook is now found off the Contact page. I will try to put up a copy of the old gurstbook, too. Several new images of mine have been published at The Foliate Oak, a literary and art magazine. More of my work appears in the journal's archives.

8-31-07: Updated the Prints Page and Prints Galleries. Prints can now be purchased through PayPal using any major credit card. Buyers do not have to create or use a PayPal account to buy prints.

8-4-07: Three more Rotating Galleries have once more opened their doors: Galleries 51, 56, and 58.
8-3-07: In a repeat of yesterday, two additional rooms have been re-opened in the Rotating Galleries. Prints Gallery 5 has now opened.
8-2-07: Two more rooms have been re-opened in the Rotating Galleries.
7-31-07: Prints Gallery 4 is now finshed with the addition of eight more images. Added two more rooms to the rotating galleries.
7-30-07: Eight new rooms have been re-opened as Rotating Galleries, including three early galleries, three FX Rooms featuring later entries in the Energy Vampire series, and two Attic Rooms -- one containing early black and white QuaSZ renders and the other showcasing "channelled" fractals.
7-28-07: The site re-opens -- or at least the beginnings of it. I will gradually continue adding galleries back as time and the ongoing re-design process allow. Surfing may be funky at times, and you may wind up at a few dead ends, but I'll eventually work out the kinks. Feel free to let me know what's not working, and I'll try to patch the leaky roofs in any troublesome rooms. A few rooms, like the Poetry corner, have no content yet -- but it's coming. Thanks, again, for your patience and your continued support for Rooms with a View -- soon to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

7-24-07: Hard at work overhauling the site. I hope to have a few things up soon. By the way, it feels good to be free.
7-20-07: I think I'll use this opportunity to make some changes on the site I've long wanted to make. The site had become a sleeping monster -- massive and overwhelming. Where did one even start? I've wanted to pare it down and rotate some galleries on and off. I also have the chance to finish the re-design efforts I began in late spring. Since I have to redo nearly all the links on the site to correspond to the new domain, I might as well make over the site while I'm at it. Lemonade from lemons.
7-14-07: All ties with Fractalus have been severed. It seems I've also been locked out of my site by my former partner at the Eclectasy consortium. So the site will be moving to a new web host and a new domain as well. There is plenty more I could say about all of this, but I won't at this time. For anyone interested, here is an insightful written record. It speaks for itself.
7-11-07: Access to my web site has abruptly been cut off by my web host provider at Fractalus, although I paid for the service through the end of this month. This action is obviously punitive and tied to remarks I made on the Orbit Trap blog where I raised questions about a fractal contest being coordinated by my web host.
6-2-07: Making some changes to the Prints Page . "Small Works on Paper" Giclee prints are now available in a limited-edition of 40 prints. All other Giclee prints (combined -- no matter what size or materials) remain in a strict limited-edition of 25 prints. The "large" Giclee print is now slightly bigger, and even larger Giclee prints are now also available as special orders.
6-2-07: "Newest Images" has been updated. I hope to add to the Prints Galleries soon.
5-19-07: "Attic Room 13" is now open. It features new QuaSZ images and some remixes.
5-16-07: "Fractal-Poem Room 8" has opened.
5-11-07: Site revamping is progressing. Borders have (finally!) been removed from all images. Now moving on to alphabetize, update, and weed through all the links and resources pages. Image updates are forthcoming fairly soon in the Fractal-Poem Galleries (after a long hiatus) and the Attic Rooms. Some new images are gestating but not yet ready to be born.
4-11-07: "Newest Images" has been updated. I'm also planning on redoing some of the site -- removing borders around images, sprucing up gallery thumbnail pages, adding a poetry page with sound files, and similar things. Don't be surprised if you stumble across some construction and clutter for the next few months.
3-8-07: The Prints Page and Prints Galleries have updated. Giclee prints on canvas are now available. "Small Works on Paper" prints now have a limited-edition run of 15 prints per image. Almost any image seen on Rooms with a View can be ordered in this size. Photographic prints now have a limited-edition run of 75 prints per image. Small, Medium, and Large Giclee prints (paper or canvas) still have a limited-edition run of 25 prints per image -- whatever the sizes sold. The prices of prints have not changed. 10-7-06: Prints Gallery 2 has been redone and is now open. Hopefully, more samples will added soon in a new prints gallery. Real life has been taking away from art projects lately, but new images and galleries are forthcoming.

7-26-06: The Prints Page and the Prints Gallery 1 have been redone. The price of prints has been reduced. An option to buy nearly any image on the site as a "small works on paper" has also been added. See the Prints Page for more details. Prints Gallery 2 is temporarily offline as it gets a makeover but should return shortly. A new prints gallery will soon be up and will include poster-size prints of some early images from 1998 and 1999.
