You may purchase limited-edition prints of my work from this page using PayPal -- a secure, third-party collection agency. Simply browse through the print selections, select the print and size you want, then click the appropriate icon to order using either a PayPal account or any major credit card. When PayPal confirms the payment, I will commission my printer to print your image. Please allow up to four weeks from payment to delivery, although it will not usually take that long. I will email you to let you know that your image has been printed and mailed.

At this time, only more recent images from 2003 on are available as larger-sized prints. Please review the print gallery pages to see samples of available images. If you are interested in a particular and fairly recent image, but do not see it in the print galleries pages, you can assume it is also available as a print. Please write me for specific information.

However, nearly every image on my site is available in a separate limited-edition (of 40) "small works on paper" Giclees. These prints are sized at 8" by 10 and 1/2" (or up to 11" by 14" -- depending on the dimensions of the digital original) and sell for $75.00. Like all of my prints, these smaller prints are made with archival materials, are signed, and are free of all title/signature text. If you are interested in a "small works on paper" print of a particular image on the site, please contact me.

About the Prints

My prints are the highest, museum-quality Giclee and photographic prints. Only archival inks and paper stocks are used. All Giclee prints are signed, dated, numbered, and issued in a limited edition of 25 prints of any size (the "small works" series is an exception -- see preceding paragraph). Please understand that I mean only 25 prints of any given image will be issued -- no matter what sizes or paper stocks (including canvas) are sold. Once I receive 25 orders (in any size) for a S. M. or L image (and including any special orders), prints for that image will be permanently discontinued. The printer, Chambers Studios, specializes in digital printmaking and retains the original digital master and print settings. Once 25 prints of any given image have been sold, the print information is deleted from the printer's computer. The prints (except for a few early small works on paper) are free of all identifying signature text (title, my name, year of creation) found on my online images. All prints come with a certificate of authenticity.

I want you to own something rare -- something of enduring and increasing value. I do not merchandise my art in any other way, so that means no t-shirts, no mugs, no tiles, no frisbees, no thongs.

You have two choices for paper. The standard option is art paper, and this is similar to watercolor or rag paper and is customary for museum-quality Giclee reproductions. These Giclee prints are made on a high-end Epson printer with UltraChrome Inks and 225 gsm (paper weight in grams) Arches Smooth or Textured fine art papers or 308 gsm Hahnemuhle Photo Rag or other papers-- depending on the characteristics of the specific image being printed. In general, these prints are more like a painting and have enhanced textures and slightly less defined colors.

The other option is high end, glossy photography paper. These photographic prints are made on a high-end digital printer with Fuji Crystal Archive Paper (and others, depending on the image) in gloss. In general, these prints are glossy like a photograph and have enhanced colors and less defined textures. Photographic prints are made with archival inks and papers and are assigned a separate limited-edition run of 75 copies for any given image. They are more like a poster and have the advantage of being reproduced in larger sizes than my Giclee prints. I do not include the prices for photographic prints as a PayPal option in the prints gallery. If you are interested in a specific photographic print, please contact me directly.

There is another alternative besides paper. Any of my images can be printed directly to canvas. These Giclee prints on canvas retain deep colors because they are coated with several lacquers just like many paintings. These more durable prints can then be stretched and mounted to wood before framing and do not need to be matted or displayed under glass. Cost is for the print only and does not include stretching and framing. Canvas prints are included in the limited-edition run of 25 prints per image and generally run about $25-$75 more (depending on size) than the listed price for any Giclee print. . If you are interested in a specific canvas print, please contact me directly.

Giclee prints, whether produced on paper or canvas, are commonly more prized by collectors and museums than photographic prints.

Price List

Prints are available in a number of sizes. Cost depends on size. Cost is for the print and shipping only. Matting, mounting, and framing are not included. All specs used are the actual print size of the image and not the paper size. The actual size of the printed image can sometimes be slightly smaller or larger (usually larger) depending on the configuration of the original digital master.

If you live outside the Continental United States, please write to me before ordering to discuss shipping and handling charges. The cost of postage and packing for destinations outside the Continental United States is in addition to the base price of the image. As the customer, you will be responsible for any customs duty or taxes that must be paid. I ship from the United States.

Payment

Payment MUST be made through PayPal. PayPal is free to join. PayPal charges the purchase amount to your credit card and then sends a notification when the transaction has been accepted. However, you do not need to set up a PayPal account to purchase prints. You can also pay using PayPal with any credit card. PayPal is the most trusted online buying service and uses secure encryption and fraud prevention measures to keep all transactions confidential. The seller never sees any credit card information. Most sellers on the Internet, including large auction sites like eBay, accept payment through PayPal and similar services. I will only contact my printer and ship a print when a transaction has been accepted, and I receive notification from PayPal. If you absolutely refuse to use PayPal or a credit card for some reason, please write me for alternative payment options.

Care and Handling of Prints

My Giclee and photographic prints are museum-quality and extremely durable. But, like any work of art, the prints can be delicate and need to be handled with care and respect. I am not responsible for damage to prints once they are in your possession. The following tips should keep your print in excellent condition:

*Do not bend or fold the prints. Once the paper creases, the damage cannot be undone.

*Do not scratch or drop objects on the print's surface. Do not spill any substances on the print. The ink may be archival but liquids are its nemesis.

*Do not get fingerprints on the image's surface. Once there, they cannot be removed. Attempts to remove them will only worsen the damage.

*Do not hang or store the image in a damp place.

*Do not hang in direct sunlight. Yes, the ink is archival but any pigments will fade from the long term effects of direct sunlight. However, short term exposure in some brighter environment, like exhibitions, will not damage the prints.
