All text, poetry, and images on all webpages on "Rooms with a View" is © 1998-2008 (except where noted) and all rights are retained by Terry Wright. Posting these materials to the Internet does not mean that I am putting them in the public domain. I am not. I reserve all rights to all materials that I have created, whether or not uploaded to the Internet. If you wish permission to use any of them, I am honored. I do, however, reserve the right to refuse permission for any reason.

There are a few conditions that must be met before I will grant such permission:

Materials to which I hold the copyright may not be used in connection with any pornographic material or any "hate" material directed toward any race, nation, culture, or religion -- nor may they be used in connection with any illegal venture.

Please don't alter my poems or images in any way, with the exception of resampling images to alter their sizes, but not their proportions or their rotation, to accomodate your needs.

Terry Wright's images and poetry may not be used in connection with any commercial or for-profit venture, regardless of whether there is or is not money or other compensation involved, without first getting explicit written permission from me. If Terry Wright's images or poems are to be used in connection with any non-profit enterprise or charitable fund raising project, please contact me at the email address above and tell me the specifics about that project or organization. Provide me with a return address. After I receive your correspondence, I reserve the right to grant or deny the use of my images or poems. This may sound harsh, but I have found that some charity funds do not, in fact, benefit those for whom the fund was designed. Instead, the administrators of the fund are the beneficiary. I do not wish to be associated with such funds.

If these few conditions are met, then my images and/or poems may be available for: Use on your personal, non-commercial web page. Such use is free of charge. Also, under the provisions of "fair use," images or poems may be used for the purposes of articles and reviews. Please (for my own curiosity) let me know if you use my work for such a venture.

If you would like to use some of Terry Wright's images or poems as wallpaper on your own computer, you may do so. Such use is free of charge. However, I do not give permission for redistribution of Terry Wright's images or prints of the images or poems in any form, whether for profit or not for profit.
